Tim called me back immediately, and was able to come out on a Saturday to help us with a dishwasher that would not drain. He offered wonderful advice so we could weigh the cost of repairing our dishwasher versus purchasing a new one. He was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. Well worth the service call. We will call Tim again in the future with any appliance need that we might have. I highly recommend him.

Tim, at TGR was reccomended to me many years ago, as a reliable an honest minded person, and now I can now tell others the same comment, he is a polite and mild tempered person, and he gets right to his job, he will explain what the problem is and does not waste his or your time, I find him very knowledgeable in his work.
